Retail Partnership Opportunity Terms & Conditions

1.1: By agreeing to become a Retail Partner, you will earn a payment of 10% on the net price (price less VAT) (Retail Partner Payment) of any product(s) purchased from Your Beauty Hive by your customer using your exclusive link that you will have obtained after setting up your account as directed (Retail Partner Account).

1.2: If your link is not used to complete the product order by your customer, you will not receive any Retail Partner Payment.

1.3: Any Retail Partner Payment earned for any given month will be deposited into your designated bank account on the 1st of the following month.

1.4: If any items are returned to us by your customer, and the customer is given a refund by The Eyelash Design Company Limited under the terms of our returns policy, your Retail Partner Payment for the product(s) in question will be rescinded. If such payment has already been made to you, the same amount will be deducted from your next monthly payment and will show up on your Retail Partner Account as a negative amount. We reserve the right at any time to demand payment for any amounts due to us under these terms and conditions directly from you.

1.5: By agreeing to become a Retail Partner, you recognise that you are in no way acting as an agent for The Eyelash Design Company Limited and you have no right to negotiate with your customer on our behalf or to hold yourself out as working for us in any capacity.

1.6: You can opt-out of this opportunity at any time. To do so, please email and we will be able to deactivate your Retail Partner Account.

1.7: Please note, we have the right to cancel your Retail Partner Account at any time, and without warning. We will send you an email to inform you of this.

1.8: The Retail Partner Account is not for professional purchases, but for the sole use for retail product recommendations to your customers.
